last 2 shampoos purchased were extremely thick and I had to add water to get shampoo out of the bottle. pumps didn't work either. hopimg the pump will work and it'll be the proper consistency this time. i love the way it makes my hair feel so I'm hopimg I don't have to switch brands

Smells amazing and leaves my hair silky and soft. I wish the scent lasted longer ♥️ And maybe more coconut scent like the tanning oils used to smell back in the 80's 🫶🥰♥️ I still highly recommend Herbal Essence! All varieties!

Got this by mistake but loved the scent. Can't speak for colored-hair but this lathers up great and produces good looking hair.

I am allergic to most scents this is wonder wonderful and my hair is so soft while i quit dying my hair years ago this works great on my grey hair

moisten my hair keeps it soft smells really good has my hair looking good also helps keep color in your hair if it's dyed

It really smells good and lathers great. My hair doesn't look like dry hair. It helps dry ends. I don't have any dreadlocks. I don't have long locks.

My hair is so soft after using this. I have dry and brittle hair from box dying my hair so often but this makes it smell and feel great. I am not sure if it is striping my color though so beware.

This product has left my hair feeling coarse! I used to use Suave Moisturizing Shampoo. I think I'll go back to Suave.

I would never pay $10 for a bottle of shampoo. I thought it was a bottle of shampoo and then a bottle of body wash in the same scent.

It may smell great, but it's severely dry hair out, and it makes it super brittle.
