I've used Herbal Essence since my college days. I really like the variety of fragrances. I think my favorite is the coconut but I like them all. If I get caught in the rain I can smell the fragrance between shampoos. I highly recommend the Herbal Essence products.

Love this! I but the package deal with shampoo and conditioner. You only need a little conditioner- it goes a long way. Detangles very well also. I have wavy/curly hair so that’s a must. Leaves my hair nice and soft without weighing it down or frizzing out.

last 2 shampoos purchased were extremely thick and I had to add water to get shampoo out of the bottle. pumps didn't work either. hopimg the pump will work and it'll be the proper consistency this time. i love the way it makes my hair feel so I'm hopimg I don't have to switch brands

've been using the Herbal Essences Hello Hydration set for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. This duo is perfect for all hair types, especially if you have dry or dull hair that needs some extra moisture. The formula is lightweight yet nourishing, leaving my hair feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated without any heaviness or buildup.

Yuck! Herbal essences is known for great scents but this isn't one of them. I love coconut but this has a terrible fake smell. And it doesn't condition as well as my other conditioner - I had a heck of a time trying to get a comb through my hair after I used it.

This shampoo is supposed to moisturize, but it just made my scalp itch and no improvement in skin dryness. Also, for being "herbal essences" the bright blue color was off putting. I originally thought it was the color of the bottle. The main reason I'm switching to something else though is the lack of moisture or relief as advertised. I've had a better result with much cheaper options.

I am not someone who has sensitive skin, and I have tried many shampoos trying to find the perfect one, but this has been the worst. It smells nice, but otherwise has been a hassle.
