Good vitamins
I take two a day to help strengthen my body to fight off colds. I've been taking them about 4 months, and currently there are some pretty bad colds going around the community and I have not had them hit me (yet).

Purity of ingredients, product integrity
I trust Herbal Roots Supplements, based on a few years' experience. The purity of the ingredients and the integrity of the company keep me as a customer. The black elderberry I purchased here as immune support is no exception. Highly recommend. I also like taking vegan capsules rather than tablets. It seems like my body will absorb it better than tablets.
