Great for hot flashes
Black cohosh works great on my hot flashes. You have to use the larger amount 540 mg than most supplements, which this is. But it has helped reduce the number and intensity of my hot flashes.

Honestly, I have just started taking to hopefully reduce the heat from the furnace inside me! Hot flashes. Time will tell. I will continue to take daily and pray for cooler temperatures .
