I bought Brewers Yeast for my cat after I learned that the treats she loved contained Brewers yeast. I sprinkle a very small amount on her wet cat food and add a little water and she loves it. She is 11 years old and she has more energy than before. I guess it's the B vitamins in the yeast. I tasted it and it was mild. If I needed a boost, I'd use it for myself.

Brewer's Yeast has all the B vitamins in it and minerals. I wanted it for my cats. It's hard to give them a pill and in the powder form it's easy to mix with their food.
