Great product. We've used cascara sagrada for many years. It's helps our digestive system when we need it. If you're a first time user, I personally recommend staying home, and near a bathroom. At least until you know how your body responds. But It does work!

Works every time with minimal damage!
This product is must if you have eaten something that has caused you not to be able to visit the bathroom! Give it one or two days and it gets the job done with minimal to no discomfort and no residual effect!!!
