Look, sea moss is pure and doesn't taste good. I recommend using it in a smoothie with lots of delicious fruit. It's a small price to pay for incredible health.

Not At Temperature
By the time I received this, it was not at the temperature it should be at. They say that's okay, but it's not. The consistency was off and I think it made me sick. Sea moss for be cool and it was not at all cool. Needs to be better packaged to withhold the cool when in transit.

Packaging needs serious improvement.
Package came in a box. Inside the box was a silver bag sealed, containing the bottle of sea moss and a packet to I guess keep it cold. The seal was broken, the lid was dented and the sea moss was dripping off the sides of the bottle. Totally unacceptable. The product could not be used.
