Heritage Deluxe Winter Covers for 15' Round Pools

I live in the countryside and it worked out for me with heavy dust from the harvesting season. Highly recommended.

Ordered the pool cover and was exspecting to have the innertube that was advertised. Opened it up and no tube. We called on it and was told we could send it back . We kept it.

I bought this cover based on the almost unanimous bad reviews of the Intex covers - one of which I owned prior to this one and that teared after a couple of months. So far, it's doing the job - in extreme conditions, my pool being in a very windy spot.

I just received my pool cover yesterday and so far so good but i felt i needed to leave a review now because in the description it says that it comes with the inflatable pillow but it didnt and another review states the same. If its not going to you need to remove it from the description. Just saying.

The lines become twisted in the clamping mechanism. Some of the grommets have torn away from the tarp material at their point of attachment.

First of all, no instructions came with the product. After figuring it out, we started using the winding mechanism & it broke within five minutes. We are hoping that it holds up through the winter since we are disappointed overall.

Several reviews have said it has a pillow which is why I bought it but I didn't get anything but a round tarp with a very thin wire and cheap thing to tighten it down. NOT AT ALL like the picture. It seriously resembles a tarp. Eye holes to thread the wire through. And it has stayed on so far but it's thin and just not what I thought it would be. I only give it a two because it does keep the leaves out.

The cheap cover my Intex pool came with is better quality than this. I was really dissapointed in this "DELUXE" cover due to the cheap material it was made from. When we opened it fully, there was a huge manufacturing defect right in the middle. It looked like it got caught in a machine with a 9 foot gash leaving this cover completely useless. I won't be ordering this type of cover again...

I ordered the item by picture at the store thinking it was for a round pool. The store attendant assured me that it was for a round pool as well. When I received the item the description was exactly what was in the package but not what I needed. I had to return and reorder, but this time not at the store, which the computers used were outdated it took the Wal-Mart 20minutes to find the item.

DON'T purchase this pool cover unless you're just wanting to throw your money away. It is one of those made so thin that you can poke your fingers thru it, the seams rip just putting standard tension on it, and at least a dozen of the grommets fell out just unfolding it. I would have returned it, but I need something over the pool now, and can't wait for a better quality one to replace it with.
