Good product and value for the size, money and quality. Some Iodine can be pricey. Great buy for those of us who have to have it. I notice more of a difference with other brands in my health but this is a nice affordable back up to have on hand for me.

I purchased this to support Thyroid functions.Within a matter of a few days I had super soft skin and extra energy.
I just put the amount of drops on my water bottle and drink it.. no taste or smell...
I can't speak to the effectiveness of the product, as this is the second time purchasing this brand online and I was sent expired iodine both times. I usually use Codeage brand iodine and wanted to try the Heritage Store brand since I use their castor oil and like it. Returning the items to my local store was easy, but an unnecessary waste of my time.
