Thick and very sturdy cloth.
This cloth is well sewn into two thick layers so multiple layers keep your castor oil contained in the cloth. Definitely will last a very long time for washing and reuse.

I've bought this product many times
saturate about 90% of the cloth with castor oil leaving the outer edges dry for handling purposes, and place on abdomen (best to do lying down.) Cover the saturated cloth with plastic(you can use plastic wrap, plastic garbage bags, etc.) and place heating pad over it. Leave on for half hour to an hour or so. Don't overheat or fall asleep. Use a timer.
