I haven't had this very long... have low back degeneration, leg cramps as well as reflux. Great for both uses. No odors on this product either, which matters for me.

The pillow comes with a zippered cover, so it will be easy to keep clean. It provides firm support, and helps relieve my allergy-impaired breathing. I don't sleep with it, but use it when relaxing and watching TV. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Good and very firm pillow, need to add my own head pillow to top for support and softness as well. You will not use it alone like the picture, it needs more softness on top but that is fine. Have to sleep mostly upward so this works out fine. It will soften over time. Good quality for a good price.

This is a good product for the price. It's stil holding its shape and the pillow case which comes with it is nice and should hold up.

The width and the 4 inch height gives a shallower easier angle to sleep on. This is the only place I could find this lower height, most other wedge pillows are 7 inches tall or more. Made in USA. The foam had little or no smell. Reasonably priced. The washable zip covers washed/dried easily. The foam is pretty firm, and adding a softer foam pillow on top makes it perfect. Buy two, use them side by side. Not packaged to be pretty for a gift, better if you wash the cover, then assemble and wrap the pillow yourself. My only criticism is that the foam on one pillow was not well cut, the edges looked a little ragged and one side was not cut in a straight line. But overall, I am satisfied with the product.

The wedge itself is good, about what you expect from a piece of foam but the cover is bad. I always wash things before using and after the washing the seams in 2 places along the zipper had unraveled and there were long hanging threads. The texture is very coarse and unpleasant. I finally tucked a soft throw over the wedge.

Sent it back ! They sent me the wrong one , asked for one with a 4" incline sent me one with a 7" incline . Item was stuffed in a box with a Amazon Wholesale sticker on it, just saying.

I have lung cancer and cannot lay flat to sleep. I purchased this to get an acceptable amount of lift to sleep but, the angle of rise on this causes me to slide down and not be able to sleep, if the length were longer and the degree of rise about 2/3 of what it is it would be perfect.

The height of this wedge was what I wanted. However, the quality of the foam was very poor. At the lower end I don't think it would take much movement while sleeping to tear. The pillow case fit fairly well but was made of a rough cotton. Overall I returned the item and did not like the quality. The price was not worth the product. Unfortunately, I was out the shipping cost even though I got a refund on the product.
