Definitely works best on whiteheads or surface-level breakouts, especially when you catch them early. Plus it's gentle on sensitive skin and doesn't dry out my face like some acne treatments do. Such a tried and true pimple patch! I have been using these exact patches for years. They are one of the only patches that stay on all night. With other patches I will find they come off and I will find them stuck to my blanket. They help to get rid of my pimples and make them less visible. I highly recommend them!

I am a fan of the original pimple patch. I notice that whenever I use the invisible pimple patch first I receive better results then whenever I use the original pimple patch by itself. Hence the 4 star rating. All in all I still recommend the product.

Did you change the formulation once C&D acquired this brand? Did you add salicylic acid? Before the acquisition, I used the patch and it never left a round indentation after removal nor did it dry out the spot area. I used it a few weeks ago and I noticed it left the common round indentation and it dried out my spot so much that my skin looked crusty and the barrier was definitely ruined. This patch does not work like it used to and leaves results that are worse than the pimple healing
