Hero (Widescreen)

I just watched this movie with my sons, ages 8 and 12. All of us enjoyed it very much. Good storytelling, solid family values, a worthwhile message, and quality acting from all the lead actors make this a film well worth the purchase price. I highly recommend this to anyone, but especially to fathers with young sons.

My son was an extra in this movie and I can't tell you how surprising the affect it still has. This movie is AMAZING and needs to be in every household. It's a tearjerker EVERYTIME I watch it.

This was an outstanding movie. It really makes us as parents think about our children's perception of what we do. It reminds us, they will only be little, once!

Great movie for families, churches, civic organizations. Cannot go wrong with this one and you don't have to screen this from children. A great baseball film too. A fun movie, a feel good movie with a powerful message for families. We often get caught up in the workaday world and let excuses get in the way of paying attention to our children and families. I purchased extra copies to hand out to civic and community leaders. Enjoy.

I loved the loveable characters and hated the villains immediately! That's always a sign of a great movie! This theatrical production is, lucky us, already on DVD! You can be sure thst this is a great film and theater quality. If you have a large church and promoted Facing the Giants, Fireproof, and Courageous, you simply must promote HERO! What a wonderful story! What an outstanding job the young actors in this movie did. I highly recommend this for Christmas for any film with kids. We have watched our copy several times and have a list of people on out Christmas list that we will be purchasing additional copies for!
