Durable
We purchased this bounce house and it is very durable. The kids love it! It is very heavy which is exactly what we were hoping for, such a good quality!

Kids love it!
This is a legit bounce house. It's taller than my house lol. Even Mom and Dad can join in the fun now. Totally worth it! F. Y. I. Dont be deceived by the scale of the little girl in the photo. That almost deterred me from buying, but it really is for bigger kids/ adults . . . not really for toddlers. States it can hold up to 8 adults :)

Hours of fun
Quality bounce house for a good price. Just as good as a previous one we rented! Received much quicker than expected. Easy to set up. It was great for our daughter's party, no one wanted to leave! Held 8 kids with plenty more room. Adults can bounce too :) Still yet to try out the water feature. This will provide lots of fun for our kids! Would recommend!

There is a hole in the top… where they missed sewing it the net to the fabric. Otherwise, love it.

So far love this bounce
So far love this bounce house. Bought it for my rental buisness and quality seems great. The motor seems small and fragile but only time will tell.

Energy energy
My kids love this. They have so much fun bouncing for hours. They sleep very soundly afterwards, out like a light switch. Hero Kiddo's customer service and support is second to none. Top Notch/ A1

Wonderful product
Shipping was fast and easy. Super convenient.

The customer service for the seller is garbage. They sent the wrong pool that will not connect to the bounce house and want a serial number that doesn't exist in order to switch it out. Already provided the serial number for the bounce house but refuse to do anything until they get a serial number for a pool in which the serial number doesn't exist
