It claims to support digestion, relieves discomfort from occasional bloating using ginger, peppermint, fennel and enzymes. When I took one, I didn't have any of the symptoms it claims to relieve so hopefully I can give credit to “hers digest”.

I usually pick this up at another store but they were out so I ordered it online through Walmart. When I received it I didn't open it for a couple days and when I did I noticed the expiration date was the same month I ordered it for. 5/24…. I know it's probably fine but I guess no one is checking the dates?
