Once I reached out, their team was responsive, kind, and willing to review my situation. They approved an exchange, and I received the correct size with no issues.

I love the fit but I did have an issues with these jeans which is a first the button was not attached but Wild Oak helped me through the issue in a very timely manner. The best jeans out of the three that I ordered. I would order these is different colors due to the fit.

Love the look and color of these jeans. They fit a little bigger than some of the other styles I have by Risen, but still not too big that I can't wear them.

These fit kind of loose and the gap in the waist is huge. Like as if there's no difference in waist/hip measurements. I can't wear them but I already took the tags off so I can't return them. Usually wild oak jeans always fit perfectly, so I'm super bummed. My last denim order only gave me 1/4 good pairs.

The color is lighter and doesn't have the same contrast as the photo. The fit is great and the length is perfect for the tall girls.
