I have previously purchased Herschel products, including a fanny pack and a grey-green backpack. I spotted the bags that I ended up purchasing this time when I was at the Nassau, Bahamas airport. I couldn't buy them there because I had my two bags to take on the flight. Initially, I wanted the pink bag only. Since it was Black Friday, I took advantage of the discounts and purchased two - pink and burgundy - bags for the price of one.

I bought the Classic Backpack in Ivy Green to use as my personal item to carryon for my trip to Europe. It's not too big, not bulky, and easily fit the measurements required by the airlines. I was surprised how much I fit as well! My thin zip up hoody, a cardigan sweater, e-reader, novel and my plastic bag of liquids and gels, with loads of room to spare. I particularly like the padded backpack straps. The straps didn't dig in at all, no matter how much I stuffed into it.

This Bag is amazing but it not like dark black more like grayish but not in a bad way just wish it was more darker but overall it's amazing great quality just wow totally worth it am 5 feet and this size don't know what size it is but it's great not to big or small perfect just for reference .

Arrived promptly. Durable. Color was true to description, but not as deep as I had hoped (ketchup). The color more on the orange or faded red side. Loved the striped lined inside. Simple style gave my son the style he wanted without the attention of having something flashy. Happy with our choice.

I bought this bag for high school about three years ago. Because I had heavy books my freshman and sophomore years, the straps began to fray. Also, at the start of the school year, my zipper broke in the middle of the day, which was difficult to repair and still makes wear noses when you zip it. I wish it had more pockets and a larger, more cushioned pocket for a laptop. I also disliked the fact that the bag had no shape. Overall, I'd say it's a great bag for everyday use and if you don't need to carry anything particularly heavy in it. This is not a school bag.

The bag has good quality. The only thing I don't like is the color showed in the website is misleading. I bought the bag because of the cute rose color but when it arrived I was dissapointed because it looked darker compare to the picture. Plus this color makes the bag looks old

Bought this exact backpack a couple of years ago and it was a completely different quality. Obviously cutting production costs as the fabric has a cheap feel, zip is plastic (used to be metal), the laptop sleeve is gone from inside, the zip pulls used to be leather and are now plastic. Yet the price hasnt changed.... not impressed.
