Herschel Supply Co. Port City Backpack 11376-05655-OS

I've had one of these backpacks for the past two years and it held everything. I was so disappointed when the magnet for the closure suddenly fell off. I was able to get a replacement with the lifetime warranty, but not the same wine color since it was a limited color when I purchased it two years ago. I'm still happy with my replacement.

This is the first time I purchased a Herschel bag for work. I'm so glad I did. The bag is well-made with ample space for my laptop, notebooks, files, chargers, water bottle, etc. I love the dusty rose color — not childish but soft and as neutral as a shade of pink can be. I'm a huge fan!

As a commuter I was looking to minimize how much stuff was carrying. This bag came through like a winner. It truly makes you decide what you need and what you are carrying out of habit.

This was such a great purchase, it's really cute and feels very spacious for all my work needs and laptop. The straps have a nice cushion. Very happy with it!

I love this backpack! It's probably one of the lightest that I ever owned but the straps are annoying. They keep getting longer even though I will shorten them. It just seems like it can't hold up the weight that I'm putting into my backpack. Wished they would have stronger straps!

Fits my laptop, laptop extension, and all my other work-related items. Fits well on me at 5'3". Love all the pocket space.

I bought this bookbag in 2025 and I still have it and it's amazing! It fits all my things and the design is simple but cute. 100% recommend❤

I got the iceberg green color and it is so lovely! I really wish more of the bags had this color option but I am very happy with my city backpack it's comfortable and cute! I can't stop telling people how much I love it!

Just what I was looking for- great quality

I'm glad that they'e made improvements since I purchased my first City Backpack a few years ago. For the price the strap wears over time and breaks or has a deep visible crack/crease in it. Perhaps to prevent this they use real leather or create a way to reinforce the faux strap.
