The straps are very comfortable and well-padded, so it doesn't dig into my shoulders even when fully packed. Comfortable backpack that I have been using daily. Stores more things than expected and doesn't feel heavy at all when filled to the brim. I love that it doesn't stick out and lays pretty flat against my back. Gone are the days of the humpbackpack.

Only complaint is I wish there was a compartment inside, but that would go against the minimalist design. There is a large discrete front pocket though.

I tried to reorder and ended up with a canvas pack instead of a waterproof vinyl pack. Oh well. I guess I be finding out if it's truly waterproof. It also seems smaller

I bought this bag to bus commute to work. I love the look of it and I would have kept it but it is too thin. It doesn't fit a variety of items (like a lunch). It would be best for a laptop and files. Aesthetically I love it but not super functional.

The backpack is alright, but after just over a year of owning it, both straps have just completely broken off at the base. The first one broke a few months after I got it, and the second just came off after a year of owning the thing.

I pitched it for my fiancé he didn't like it because it was too small. He said he could fit much of anything in the backpack. I will return it and get him a different one.
