I'm disappointed in this because it did not arrive in protected box. Every single last candy bar is all broken. Today is April 13th 2026 And they Sooner than I thought anticipated , I was hoping they would at least be in good until the end of the year or beginning of next year. And I was not expecting for every candy bar to be broken in pieces. The shipping was not box was not protected with like a ice cooler pack either.So if it would've been warm or hot weather , they would've been melted as well.

The package was completely broken open and the bars are all broken. The chocolate and price were as I had hoped just the shipping was terrible

I received expired candy bars, which also had a preprice on the wrapper. I would have never ordered these if I had known these bars are what I would receive. These bars were supposed to be a part of a gift bag. How could I use them, and they were expired too. I was so mad I couldn't see straight the party was in 2 days too late to order more from another place. Think twice before ordering from this company.

Exterior box bad quality cardboard. Box has been smashed. Inside the bag of "ice," had melted long ago but softened cardboard. The former bars of chocolate are beyong redemption! they have been melted and are in terrible shape!. No, they are in interesting shapes. but not bars. Both Exterior and interior boxes did very little to protect the delicate chocolate.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND NEVER GOT AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN IT WOULD COME. AFTER WAITING OVER TWO WEEKS AND CONTACTED COMPNY THEY FINALLY SAID TO HAVE WALMART CANCEL ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS FROM ME WANTING TO CANCEL AND REFUND. THEY SHOULD HVE TOLD ME TO DO THIS ASAP SINCE THEY DID NOT KNOW IF PRODUCT WOULD COME OR NOT BEL ABLE TO SAHIP AT ALL!!!!!!!!! SAD!!!!

My box of candy bars showed up completely melted all liquid and not able to be shared at the kids event. I do not recommend buying these from here at all.

The package was open. The clear cellophane was missing The candy bars were all melted and broken. All the bars were facing lengthwise instead of across like usual. Many bars were so broken, I had to eat them with a spoon.

Any other time product is great. Shipping was issue today. It was several days late and completely melted when arrived. The box was damaged as well. Upon opening after putting in refrigerator they fall apart , some are white in color and do not taste as they should. Very disappointed. I'd like to add we were actually getting into the truck to leave on vacation when the driver pulled in. This is the reason I couldn't return them.

Very very very poor quality you get what you pay for and if it's too good to be true it is! Seriously considering returning this food item back to the Walmart store even though cardboard box was insulated with double aluminum foil the product has been melted in the heat and harden back up again making the chocolate taste very poor. Hope Walmart takes it back? I have had problems with Walmart refusing food returns so idk??? Attached photo of packaged candy not able to see damaged previously melted chocolate from a picture you need to feel and taste it. Yuk hope I can atleast make an exchange but in store retail price is $8.99 for 6 Hersheys almond bars and more than likely do not sell cases.
