My Oder was all mashed and broken up

I'm disappointed in this because it did not arrive in protected box. Every single last candy bar is all broken. Today is April 13th 2026 And they Sooner than I thought anticipated , I was hoping they would at least be in good until the end of the year or beginning of next year. And I was not expecting for every candy bar to be broken in pieces. The shipping was not box was not protected with like a ice cooler pack either.So if it would've been warm or hot weather , they would've been melted as well.

The package was completely broken open and the bars are all broken. The chocolate and price were as I had hoped just the shipping was terrible

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND NEVER GOT AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN IT WOULD COME. AFTER WAITING OVER TWO WEEKS AND CONTACTED COMPNY THEY FINALLY SAID TO HAVE WALMART CANCEL ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS FROM ME WANTING TO CANCEL AND REFUND. THEY SHOULD HVE TOLD ME TO DO THIS ASAP SINCE THEY DID NOT KNOW IF PRODUCT WOULD COME OR NOT BEL ABLE TO SAHIP AT ALL!!!!!!!!! SAD!!!!

I received expired candy bars, which also had a preprice on the wrapper. I would have never ordered these if I had known these bars are what I would receive. These bars were supposed to be a part of a gift bag. How could I use them, and they were expired too. I was so mad I couldn't see straight the party was in 2 days too late to order more from another place. Think twice before ordering from this company.

The package was open. The clear cellophane was missing The candy bars were all melted and broken. All the bars were facing lengthwise instead of across like usual. Many bars were so broken, I had to eat them with a spoon.
