This is a very pretty necklace, but it is also very small. Make sure you read the specifications because it’s no bigger than my thumbnail. The letter that hangs from the tree tends to get stuck behind it too. But my 20-year-old daughter really liked it when I gave it to her for Christmas.

It doesn’t really look like the picture, says its gold plated but doesn’t say that anywhere on the necklace or chain, came in a little plastic bag as if it was from Temu and the chain and clasp are very cheap looking. The pendant doesn’t resemble the picture, and my sister is probably going to be offended.

very disappointed in the actual size of the pendant it is a small as a penny when I looked at the picture with the model displaying it it looked like to at least be the size of a half dollar but in actuality it is smaller than a penny

My granddaughter did not receive the necklace I went to a different address in a different area. That's far from her. I did text and tell you that she did not get her necklace. Yes, I would like you to send her the necklace. Or refund my money, thank you.

The item did not look like the picture the quality of the initial was horrible and the pendant was smaller than expected the chain and extra necklace band are cheaply made as well. I would give this item zero stars if possible. The stone or glass had good color but that was it the roses even looked bad and cheap. Thought I was getting a great black Friday deal but just ended up being a cheap del overall. I bought 2 of these and was going to give them as Christmas gifts but after receiving the first one decided to return the first one and will return the second one when it arrives and ordered two more of the other necklace I ordered for another female relative that was better overall.

I ordered the necklace with the letter A on it!! it has NO A in it !! geez I will never order from them again!! it's a Christmas gift and it's ruined!! 😭

they sent it with the chain tangled up and it broke trying to get it untangled like really why sell this crap if you can't even at least send a chain worth a crap

Necklaces descripton under specs it states " material is 14k- plated". It's not even sterling. cheap crappy metal. Crystal is chipped scratched. SAVE you money, cute design but not worth $2.

I ordered this necklace with a C in the but received it with no letter in the center at all I was disappointed in the quality the way it shipped it just thrown in a bag no box nothing I just let it go, but I should get my money back
