HexClad 10 inch Hybrid Stainless Steel Frying Pan, Nonstick

The best pan I've ever had in my life. I am 66yrs old. I thought it was pricy but it turned out it was worth every penny. I saved it for a Christmas gift that didn't happen, so I kept it for me. Wow. Even cooking, beautiful saute. I threw out my old 12" teflon pan in favor of this 10" wonder. Never looking back.

I have always wanted a hex clad. I finally bought one and it's everything they said it would be.

So far, every marketing claim has been 100% true. I'll be replacing my 20 yr. old All Clad set with a set of these.

I love my new frying pan. I am so pleased the the way product are cooked, no hurrying or fear of overheating etc. It cooks evenly and without any rush or fear of burning etc. Important to always use a med to med low heat, the heat is evenly distributed for a perfect result. So glad I found the product.

I bought my set piece by piece. The first pan I bought was the 8" frying pan. The first time I tried it, I thought I'd wasted my money. I have never used good pans before. After a few times getting used to the pan, I absolutely loved it. I then purchased the 10", 12" and 12" wok. I wouldn't use any other pan now.

This was actually a gift for a family member after being so pleased with our full set. Having tried many other non-stick pans over the years, these perform the best, and after nearly a year of use, no signs of wear, even with occasional use of metal spatulas.

Works well. I did find things stick so not a true non stick, especially with eggs. Also hard to clean the edge that is steel. It discolors at the rim too. On the positive side, so far feels more durable and heats very well with medium flame. Too early to judge how long it holds up.

We received the pan but while it looks great and is made of excellent quality, it was absolutely disappointing in its "non-stick" capabilities. I did follow the procedure to prime it with the tablespoon of oil on medium heat yesterday. But when I tried to make a zucchini omelet today, I ended up with scrambled eggs as the entire omelet had stuck on the pan when the time to turn it over arrived. EXTREMELY disappointing. We're going back to our Misen nonstick pans. Less resistant than Hexclad, but they are truly nonstick.

Received different item than ordered.

Bought on Nov 12, 2022 for normal household use. I can say with full confidence that this is the worst purchase of my life! Everything sticks on it. Furthermore it got burnt beyond recognition in a few days.
