HexClad 14 Inch Hybrid Stainless Steel Wok, Nonstick

after being seasoned it works really really well I would recommend it to anybody the cleaning is easy they're cooking is easy it's an awesome pan

This is one of the most beautiful pans I have ever seen, it is esthetically pleasing to say the least. I seasoned it as instructions and so far so good. You can was this in the dish washer, but I prefer to hand wash it, to preserve it's beauty. It is also huge. I love it for cooking vegetables like fresh spinach or cabbage that start off fluffy and fall out of a regular pan. They stay put and are easy to manage. I love this pan, it has become my go to pan for anything on the stove top

I must admit that I was very skeptical of the claims made by the manufacturer. However, we found this wok to be top quality and stood up to all the claims made about it. My wife stir fried some green beans in it first, and she loved it. I decided to try it to make my scrambled egg "mess". I used a metal spoon just because they said you could. First, I fried up some vegetables, hash browns, bacon, and ham. Then I added eggs. When the eggs were done, I added the cheese and turned the heat off. Eggs and cheese usually make for a tough clean up. That was not the case. Although, I did use steel wool to test the manufacturer's claims, I didn't need to. Clean up was very easy and the steel wool didn't bother a bit, as the metal spoon didn't seem to bother it, either. We are very happy with this addition to our kitchen.

This Hexclad Hybrid technology wok is one of the most attractive pieces of cookware that I own. The surface is a combination of stainless steel and ceramic non-stick finish. The unique pattern of the cooking and heating surface is very attractive. Care and use instructions are included. You can use metal utensils - even a mixer - on it without fear of damaging the surface. Just season as you would any other wok prior to it's first use. As you use it, it will continue to reseason itself. I have not used it for making eggs but they do recommend ightly spraying with vegetable spray in that instance. Cleanup is easier regular stainless pots/pans and it is more durable than traditional non-stick finishes. It is also dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 500 degrees. The cover is stainless steel and glass. When my daughter saw this wok on a recent visit, she loved it too and plans to purchase on for herself. I love it and can definitely recommend it.

This thing is huge and looks cool. It's great for stir-fry, spaghetti, steaks, and any one pan meal. The clean up is very easy. If you have a large family, this is a must have. The only drawback is the periodic clicking and popping the lid makes. Although it's the steel and glass expanding and contracting at different rates as they heat and cool, it can still be annoying and loud.

I have been eyeing this pan for awhile now… I even added it to my Christmas wish list but somehow, it was unnoticed. LOL… I finally bought it and I love, love it! It cooks evenly. Easy to clean. I can't wait to buy more pans and pots made by Hexclad.

This is the best cookware ever! The first thing I did was wash that baby and season it. Beautiful workmanship you can see the quality and you can also feel how sturdy the Wok truly is. It has an incredible nonstick design and it distributes heat evenly. The best thing about it is how easy it is to clean. Washing that baby was a breeze! I have cooked several different dishes and I haven't had any type of issue. I highly recommend this brand I'm planning on investing in more of they're products.

I have been searching for this cookware to come into my life for a long time. Although a little costly(I don't have a job right now) it is worth every penny. I prepare several meals at once. Did I mention that my food does NOT stick? I have found what I have been looking for all these years!!! By the way, I priced checked with several competitors and Wal-mart always has the best price ;)

I love this hybrid skillet! You treat it like a cast iron pan, but it's so much more. If you want abig skillet, this fits the bill. The sides are at the perfect angle to serve as a wock as well, or to keep some food warm on the sides as you cook in the center. Highly recommend! I plan on owning every pan they make!

Absolutely a great quality wok. Very large an high quality. I bought this one when I thought that the same one I already had must have been ruined by staying on the stove way too long and the liquid drying out but when I let the pan cool off and wiped it down, it is as good as new. So now I have 2 of them but it is such a great pan that I am happy about that.
