HexClad 8 inch Hybrid Stainless Steel Frying Pan, Nonstick

I was surprised how nonstick this pan was. I'm replacing old Tfal pans that have seen better days, and started with the smallest one to be sure it was worth the price. it is! I put a bit of butter in like usual, and I'm not sure that was necessary. I'll be buying more of this brand!

The pan is pricey but it is a heavy duty non stick pan. You don't need oil or spray . Makes a perfect omelet.

I really love the way it works with my induction stove. Even heat and no warping at high heat. My only misgiving is that it's listed as an 8" skillet and that is how wide the top is, whereas the interior cooking space is 6".

the pan is awesome. have used on top on the stove and in the often. cleans up so simple

Eggcellent egg pan! Note that you will need to clean it well proir to fist use. I first cleaned with warm water and dish soap (as we know to do with any product we buy) then I seasoned the pan with oil as per the directions. I used a paper towel to rub the oil out of the pan and the paper towel was very black, so I went thru the process again until I was sure all the black residue was off the pan. It took 3 cycles. Because it took this many times to get the residue off I also boiled some water it in. Now that the black residue is gone I am happy with my purchase and my eggs turn out nicely.

The eggs stick to the pan too much... is not use for me
