Hexclad roasting pan with rack. First off this is very impressive looking piece, feels sturdy and the texture of this hybrid pan on the inside and outside is next level. Talk about an awesome wedding gift, and you can probably bet nobody else will be gifting this. This is an investment piece for your kitchen and your family. With the roasting pans I've purchased over the years, I ended up paying more than the cost of this pan. In all honesty, when you need a pan like this, it's really nice to have one. I had one that was a famous chef brand that worked okay for a couple years but the coating ended up peeling off really bad and everything stuck, so I ended up just donating it. These handles are done really well, nice and sturdy, super easy to grab and this is a big pan. Being large also makes it extremely versatile. This is oven safe up to 500 degrees, it has a lifetime warranty from defects and craftsmanship, says it's metal utensil safe, although I don't use metal on this. This is also dishwasher safe as it is a hybrid pan, but I just handwash mine. This is a triply construction with stainless and aluminum, the texture of the nonstick and stainless together make the honeycomb pattern is what is allows it to be more non-stick. Although you still want to use some kind of oil or butter depending on what you're cooking. Instructions said to season before it's first use and as you use it, it will perform better as it reseasons itself. You can use this on the stove or in the oven. So far I have mainly just used this with the rack as I included some pictures of when we did a pork loin recently. This would make group size lasagnas and casseroles. Because it is deep and nice handles, I've actually used this to carry a large cold salad to a potluck. This is a very impressive pan it also comes with a bag to keep it safe when it's storage, this also makes a very impressive gift with the way that it's packaged, and the quality of this pan is just outstanding. I recommend this pan as I'm impressed with it so far and have enjoyed using it.

This HexClad Roasting Pan is now going to be the most used pan in my kitchen! Very sharp look, and more importantly, it provides even cooking surface all around and is great to be able to use for either induction or stove cooking, easy clean-up, and best of all I have no worries about any of the bottom of the pan chipping or have any seep into my foods. Packaging was wonderful, and very nice that it comes in a bag to store it in as well. Very thorough instructions, and I was extremely surprised to find out that even with the necessary seasoning and re-seasoning, it is dishwasher safe (I may try that down the road, but for now I'm content with handwashing this to ensure longest life possible).

This roasting pan is pretty awesome! It comes in a nice box and nice storage bag. I love how heavy duty it is and it's so big! I haven't roasted anything in it yet but I think it will work perfectly. I can't wait until Thanksgiving!

Excellent quality very heavy duty roaster pan with rack. This will be perfect for a large Thanksgiving turkey (assuming someone strong is available to help lift the pan and large turkey will be heavy!). It will also work great for pork roasts.

This pan is awesome. Its great for cooking on holidays or parties like roasts and turkeys. It comes with the pan and then a cooling rack as well. It is a durable, sturdy pan as well. Holds up nicely and can hold alot. The only complaint i really have is i wish it came with a lid to it.
