I bought two of these bikes for my son and i. Hes 15 and says these are the best investment ever. They are well made, really nice looking and definitely worth the money! The power is crazy. We flew thru high grass and on dirt paths they are awesome.

I've had it for about 3 days now and it's absolutely great, I got it up to 24 mph last night and the only thing I can say about it is that you definitely need to make sure every bolt is tightened

The bike is very good. It goes very fast and lasts a long time before the battery runs out of charge. I like the way the battery is detachable so when you really need to use the bike, you can use it while the battery is charging on the side.

I purchased the Heybike Racemax Electric Bicycles: 27.5" E-Mountain Bike, 500W Motor, 48V 12.5AH Battery, Front Suspension Ebike in May. The bike works great. Motor has great power up to around 20 mph, and appears to be good for around 40 miles, although I've only ridden it around 25 at any one time. Definitely adequate power, even uphill, and I weigh 240lb. The fit is decent for me at 6ft. tall. I'd prefer it if the handle bars could adjust higher. There is plenty of range in the seat. I set my seat height like a cyclist, so maybe higher than most others might. If you sit lower, the max handlebar height is probably enough. Cons: the component set (gears, brakes) is obviously entry level. That is exactly what one should expect at this price point, but it should be noted. Its difficult to get the brakes adjusted without some kind of squeek, another entry level problem. The pedal assist is not sophisticated. You can set it at 0, or you are e-biking with ghost pedaling or the thumb throttle. It isn't really subtle enough to just "help" when riding. In sum, it is an inexpensive way for me to get around town during the summer, and I have used it non stop, putting several hundred miles on it. I definitely recommend at this price point.

Battery full charged got me 22 miles total, today only 19 miles total, something is not working right. I am going to get hold of the company tomorrow and see what can they do about it. It was very annoying pedaling a heavy bike home in the dark tonite.

I have had issues with my bike since the day it arrived. It did not arrive with a working battery charger, so I ordered one separately. Then, a squeaking began occurring every time the motor kicked in (whether through pedal assist or by using the throttle). I believed this to be a brake issue, and once the brakes were adjusted the squeaking mostly stopped. This weekend, a month and a half after my purchase, the motor has gone completely out. I think I got a lemon (perhaps a bike someone else had already returned), and the bike itself would be nice without all the issues I've experienced with it in such a short time.

This bike isn't too bad. I actually quite like it but my only issue concerns the battery. I can't even manage to ride 13 miles on it, despite having bought it just nine days ago. I would really prefer not to return it; if you could help me find a solution regarding the battery, I would be delighted.

came damaged. bent rear wheel and derailer spent 125 to fix it. return shipping would have been 200. never buy a bike online - go to bike store. lesson learned.
