Solid bike for the money. Easy to put together, comfortable to ride, and the battery lasts long enough for my daily trips. The motor has enough power for city riding and moderate hills. No complaints so far. If you can get it on sale, it's definitely worth it. Great option for anyone looking to get into e-bikes without spending a fortune.

I've only been on it once since we assembled it. It's pretty powerful compared to my old one. I can't wait to go on a cruise. It is a really nice looking bike! Assembly was easy with the online instructions. Only issue was the front fender was a bit warped so putting the front light on is a bit crooked. I can't comment on the battery life as I haven't charged it yet. Came charged at 80%.

Great packaging for shipping. Arrived safe and sound. Assembly was about 45 min and I watched a video or two on the utube on how to do it. I am just shy of 5'10” and raising the seat up high enough with the seat post provided was difficult. It just doesn't go high enough. After my first couple of rides on established paved trails and city roads I had a flat tire. I blame Idaho goat heads! I had the bike repair guy out to fix the tire. He commented that the tires are not the greatest. So I compromised and had the inner tube for both tires replaced with puncture resistant and had him put a “slime” in both tires that helps prevent flats. I have him do this for other bikes and it works really well. For the seat height I changed the seat to a higher profile bigger seat but not the beautiful brown leather 🥲 and he raised the post to the highest possible level. This seems to have done the trick. The clamp for the seat post has rubber washers that just wouldn't tighten down and hold really well so as I rode the post was slowly sliding down. This was replaced with an all metal one and now the seat doesn't slide down. He would have replaced the post but the post diameter isn't a standard size. He tightened up the brakes. I was happy that the repairman didn't lost my assembly but he's such a nice man he wouldn't do that! LOL. Aside from all the above I love the color. I love the pedal assist. Almost goes too fast! I am able to add a front and back Beach Dog and Co basket so my two westie pups are able to go along for the ride. It seems to hold a charge well. I put it on a bike rack on the front of my camper and I definitely need to do some upper body and arm workouts to routinely put it on the rack LOL It is just heavy enough to be a challenge. Doable but not easy. I willingly accept any help from friends and neighbors! Bought a waterproof cover for the camping trip rides. I recommend this to anyone wanting to try an e-bike!

I picked this ebike specifically because I'm on the shorter side—just about every other budget ebike I was looking at was too tall, and I had to sift through a LOT of them. Thankfully this one fits me perfectly. I haven't stress tested the bike at high speeds but I enjoy cruising around on it on the lower settings. The build seems solid and the appearance is a lot nicer than other ebikes in the same price range. It has some neat touches like the tail light flashing whenever you brake. As for the "rough start," when I received my package the main bike was fully in tact but it was missing a box containing vital parts like the charger, manual, assembly tools, front axle, and pedals. I got in touch with customer support via email. They always responded in a consistent, timely manner on weekdays. They had all the parts sent over to me free of charge. Unfortunately since it was overseas shipping it took about 2 weeks for me to get them, so ultimately I had to wait about 3 weeks after receiving my bike before I could ride it. However the wait was worth it, and I'm glad they were able to make things right.

Overall, I'm pleased. Assembly took some time, but wasn't bad, and tools were provided. Bike arrived with the wrong chain guard installed (back end of the guard didn't line up right and screw missing). But customer support was very responsive and has the proper part on the way and even offered to reimburse me for the cost of the missing screw if I bought it locally. Only assembly issue was the front fork axle notches not aligning perfectly, which made the axle a bit hard to put in place, and caused the front brake caliper to not align perfectly, but I think it will be okay. Perhaps not the quality you'd expect in a bike that cost 2-3 times this much, but for the price, I'm satisfied. Everything seems to work. I'll add more after I've ridden it for a few weeks.

Bike arrived in good time , putting together was easy as my son-in-law did it for me. However the front fender when trying to attach wouldn't fit correctly because of the way the rivits were attached from factory. It seems that it is probably more hassle to get a new fender than to just leave it off.

the pedal assist is a joke. I started pedaling and instantly the bike went up to 12mph, it felt like a dirt bike. go to a bike shop, spend the money, and get a decent bike.

HAD TO ARGUE WITH WALMART %26 HEYBIKE FOR WEEKS, HEYBIKE DECIDED TO CHARGE ME OVER $200.00 FOR RETURN SHIPPING- PRINTED COST OF E-BIKE TO WALMART WAS $51.00 MY BANK RETURNED MY MONEY AFTER PROOF OF RETURN, I NEVER OPENED BOX, HEYBIKE TRIED TO TRICK ME INTO OPENING IT TO CONFIRM SERIAL %23, A NUMBER THEY HAD. WORST MORALS %26 ETHICS OF A CO WHO HAD A GOOD RATING- DO NOT DEAL WITH CORRUPT 3RD PARTY VENDORS SHIPPING USED E-BIKES !!!!!!
