Received the bike in good condition put it together by myself without too much effort. Had one piece I thought was missing call customer service ended up emailing customer service but then found apart and completed the set up. The bike works well and am really surprised at how fun it is my wife loves it. I just need to learn to adjust the pedal assist for her to be more comfortable 90975. I had a little difficulty assembling front tire because I needed to learn names of parts but watching several videos helped. The ride is great, easy to operate and seems very sturdy. The horn is alarmingly loud. I guess to warn drivers it's fine but walkers need to be far away or it surprises them. Very powerful. So far I'm thrilled. It's my first.

My daughter LOVES her bike! She is 12 and 5' tall and this bike is perfect for her to ride now with the seat at its lowest leverl and will grow with her. Great value for money for a legal, safe neighborhood bike.

I've had my Heybike Cityscape Cruiser for a week and I simply Love It! I can pedal without turning on the battery or when my kegs get tired I can turn on the battery, hit the throttle and go! I highly recommend getting the bike through Walmart because of the free delivery and the affordable 4-year protection plan option AND the ability to get a tech to come to my home to assemble and he also made adjustments on the seat and handlebars for my comfort level. Oh, and Amazon was less but no free shipping and no assembly service.

Hey bike is well built and seems to be a good value . Assembly is easy if your a DIY person. Only con is brakes were out of adjustment.

love it, just what i needed, couple minor parts problems but the company sent out new ones no questions asked .

This bike isn't going to impress anyone but it gets the job done. The assembly instructions are terrible. Some of them consist of directions like "install part" paired with an image that does not show the named part or how it attaches to the bike. I would advise checking youtube for videos that actually show what to do. The once you know what to do the assembly was fairly easy. Using the bike is a breeze as the controls are intuitive. I do not like that the handle bars are held in place by friction from a pair of nuts and bolts so that if you pull hard enough they will twist out of position. I appreciate that it comes with a rear rack. My wife thinks the color is cute. Overall I would say that it is a three star bike but the price point bumps it up a star. For an entry level ebike you could do a lot worse.

I'm only giving this a low review because after riding for 5 minutes the tube popped. The tires were blown up to 35 psi, so I have no clue how it would have popped the way it did.

THE WIRING WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. WENT THROUGH MONTHS OF COMMUNICATION BACK AND FOWARD WITH HEYBIKE TO GET THE BIKE RIGHT BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED SO IM RETURNING IT TODAY. THIS WAS A $700 CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT SHE HASNT BE ABLE TO ENJOY. WE REPLACED THE BATTERY, BATTERY CHARGER, AND CHECKED WIRING TO MAKE SURE NOTHING WAS BROKE, IT WASNT BUT IT WASNT WIRED CORRECTLY. SO, WE WIRED IT AND STILL NOTHING THEN THEY WAS TRYING GET ME TO DO TO MUCH LIKE IM A TECH. THATSA WHERE I DRAW THE LINE. IM GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE AND HOPEFULLY THAT ONE IS NOT FAULTY. I UNDERSTAND SOMETIMES WE GET FAULTY THING. ITS JUST UNFORUNATE.

Shipping was quick and it was well protected in the packaging. Regrettably, the wrong model was shipped so it does not have the promised features. Also, the proportions are off so it's uncomfortable. The seat also will not stay in place no matter how much we use a tool to tighten it down.
