This bunk bed is incredible. It is also very sturdy. I bought a metal bunk bed one the first time, it was not sturdy at all . This is great. My 6 year old granddaughter and 4 yr old grandson sleep on them when they come to visit. They are both very busy and always moving. But this bed does not move at all. It was also so easy and quick to put together. I recommend this bed.
Bought two sets of these for my lake house and love them. Very sturdy. I am a 73 year old woman and assembled all by myself. The first set I followed the assembly in that you put the two together and then stack them. I did that because I had family coming to help lift the top bunk onto the bottom bunk. The second set I built from the bottom up with no help at all. Worked perfectly so you really don't need two people. Great upgrade from toddler beds!
My kids loveeee it! Only thing is building the entire bed piece by piece is very tedious. Also, they send no spare screws so be careful to not misplace one
Overall good quality for kids, and I would buy it again. My biggest complaint is that one peice (only one though) had imperfect finish. of course it was the most obvious peice on the front and I didn't notice it until the end. I wasn't about to take it back apart and bring it back for that though. The other small concern is that the slat spacing under the mattress seems wide. I'm not worried about it for my small and light kids, but I'm not sure it'd hold up with continual use by an adult.
The bed itself is nice and sleek and very easy to out together, but always easier with a second set of hands. The only concerns I have is that i wish there was more security in the top bunk. The top bunk is added and secured to the bottom bunk with wooden dowels connecting the bed posts. Freaks me out. 1 other thing is that the wood slats don’t lay flat. They stick up. So being that the mattress is laying on top of them I feel as though it will eventually make the mattress uncomfortable to lay on. Adding a box spring will make the mattress to high. It’s still nice and my kids love it. They’re 5 %26 8 so I think they’re good for now.
I bought this bed just a couple months ago and being a single mom I finally found time to assemble it. I got the entire top part of the bunk done but when it came time to do the bottom half there was literally just 1 piece missing so I have to put it on hold
as we were building i noticed a crack on one of the pieces to the latter and then the wood piece broke off to the top bunk so cheaply made. also the holes to the latter wasn’t put right because it didn’t line up with the wholes in order to put the screws in.
Bought this white bunkbed 12/27/22 for our kids. At first we loved the quality and look. Noticed today, 2/2/23, that every board on the top bunk is splitting. Wood is cheap. Very disappointed.
Already breaking apart in 3 weeks of owning. I'm very disappointed that a bed that I thought would be reliable and seemed reliable is already starting to be a safety hazard. This bed never gets maxed out on weight because small children use it and even with their twin mattress it still isn't maxing the weight. Two people are never on one level as it instructs either. We received it with very noticeable imperfections (one of many that I included in the photos with the rest being the multiple splits) and I overlooked them but the wood already splitting so soon is not acceptable and now has me scrambling to know what to do or understand how this will affect us going forward and if it's safe to use. I also overlooked the bed being extremely creaky with even small movements and the slats being unfit for the bed due to not laying down and causing the matresses to go through the slats even though we already had the correct type of mattress as recommended. Highly upset and disappointed that I'm losing out on money and worry every day when the bed will give out. We downsized and needed extra space so this was a perfect fit for us but now I'll have to take the top bunk down to the floor so that I don't risk one of my children getting hurt.
The bed keeps breaking the wood panels holding the mattress up at weak they are not long enough the wood comes off the panels we have had these beds for 5 months and I can't take it anymore we have to buy new beds
