The bike would be a great bike if it wasn't delivered damage. Multiple Cracks in Body from Shipping Company. The bike I received was different from the picture on the Walmart Website. When I asked why I got a different bike, I was told by the company that Walmart has the wrong pictures up. They thought that was a good answer. 1) Great Product for the Money (find it on another website, IT'S CHEAPER) 2) Smart Toys LLC would not take ownership of a damaged delivered product. I'm sure all freight has insurance, but they apparently don't want to do paperwork. I was promised replaced parts. They never came. 3 months later I'm expected to continue waiting for back ordered parts. I really don't feel like repairing a bike that showed up damaged 3 months after the fact. The company employees and owners are all rude and arrogant. I asked for a replacement bike and take the damaged one back, "Absolutely Not" was their response. I was offered a partial refund, and I was expected to pay for the return shipping ($400 plus) for something I was not responsible for. Beware of this company. Walmart eventually stepped in and made good on the transaction, after countless hours on the phone and emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I did not get a Vitacci GTX-250 Motorcycle , i got a BOOM BD250-5 , see the attached picture. It's what they sent, and they are going to do nothing about it. Missing one side reflector, so cannot pass inspection, they won't be replacing that. The user manual has no data about what engine oil, brake fluid, etc to use, and no data on where to get parts that tend to wear out or tend to break. The kickstand prevents the bike from falling on one side, so second day i was 10 ft from it and it fell to the other side. Not worth $3000. I have no documents from SMART TOYS LLC , or Walmart , that prove i paid for it, that it is mine now.
