I tried this after reading many reviews. I am dieting on keto and was experiencing muscle weakness and trembling. I've used this in my water and saw fast improvement. It does have a very slight salty taste in plain water but not noticeable in crystal light. It does exactly what I needed.
Use this before and after workouts to make sure I'm hydrated. Love it. Not super sweet or sugary like other options. Great, simple way to get electrolytes. Recommended. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
easy to add to any drink / bottle size; no taste if used as recommended - you won't even know it's in there!
No weird taste, good to keep around.
no sugar, almost no taste, just little salty....best rehydration
Excellent product
Hi-Lyte is great for adding electrolytes to your daily water intake.
It most definitely leaves whatever drink you put this into, with a very salty taste. So while technically it can get away with being called "unflavored," the salty taste IS a flavor in my opinion. I've measured everything out and dripped the appropriate amount of drops into a measured drink. I've tried this in fruit juice, iced tea, plain water, and my protein shakes. Everything tasted very salty, more so than Liquid IV which actually contains MORE sodium. I gave it 2 stars because it is lower sodium and no sugar which is important to me but I cannot get past the super salty taste, thus it isn't important enough to me that I will not be repurchasing this product. However some folks have high blood pressure, diabetes, etc., and need electrolytes so this may be the best they can do. In summary, I don't recommend.
The taste is really odd to me. I am one of those people that can taste the difference in different waters, and this one just isn't it.
