I use this to stay hydrated at work. It's supposed to be good for everyday use. I pour this in some cold water with a lemon and I'm good to go. Good on potassium and low on sodium. The taste is okay if you don't drink enough water you won't notice but if you are an avid water drinker you can tell.

I did research on electrolytes, and I was glad I found this one! It is easy to use, and it is flavorless, which is exactly what I was looking for. The sodium content is low in this product, which I like. Most electrolytes are very high in sodium and sugar. I'm enjoying this product and will purchase it again!

As someone who frequently gets dehydrated, I'm always looking for hydration packets to add to my beverages. While I do like the berry flavor in water, I've been searching for an unflavored version to add to other beverages. This product perfectly fits the bill. I've added it to juices, tea and soft drinks and there is no change n the beverages' taste but I do get the hydration benefits. These packets are also great to add to sports teams' water for game time. No one complained about their water tasting funny and no one suffered from leg cramps. I would highly recommend this product. I will always have some available.

Love the fact that it is very low sodium! No flavor and very easy to add drops to a water bottle! I use this daily.

Ordered this for when I'm working in the garden of hot days. I just put 1/2 teaspoon in my water along with lemonade flavored drink mix. It does not change the flavor at all.
