Hi-Lyte Daily Essentials Electrolytes Powder Mix Unflavored 90 Servings

I purchased this because I needed electrolytes mixed in with my protein. It has zero flavor which is what I want as my protein is already flavored. It gives me the electrolytes that I need.

i mix this in every drink i have. helps keep me extra hydrated. an no you cannot taste it in your drinks. it's a great way to get your electrolytes in plus vitamins an minerals your body needs.

Tried large container but it turns brown. Sticks are good but way too expensive:(

One big chunk in the container eassily repowered in a plastic bag. Docter approved.

Easy way to add electrolytes to just water. Not like “sports drinks” that only have a few types but all 8. Also allows me to add flavor of my choice. Along with being able to add sweetener of my choice in amount of my choice.

It definitely helped with my workout in the summer heat.

I didnt get pink lemonade they sent out lemonade instead, the flavor is ok

not as strong as the other electrolytes/hydraterors I've used - so I use 2 or 3 scoops instead of 1 per 16 oz - I have cancer %26 really need the electrolytes/hydraterors for energy

Ok but after a few weeks turns BROWN %26 smells weird and damp even though not exposed to moisture, had to throw in garbage. Tried to contact %23 on container to complain but you can never get an answer. Won't re-order:(
