[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pill bottle comes with a 60 day supply of doses. The capsules are easy to consume and do not have poor ingredients or a natural dies. Other ingredients beyond magnesium or organic brown rice, flour and vegetable cellulose. They do taste a little bit odd, because of the brown rice flour I think but neutral enough.

Love your products - however this glycinate keeps me wide awake! Your Magnesium Complex was amazing- worked really really well - bought many times. Not sure how this new glycinate is so different but very disappointing to not be able to use it. Please consider adding the Magnesium Complex back
