I purchased two of these units after reading the spect and deciding it was exactly what i needed, wifi Alexa compatable 12,000 BTU but instead I was sent two inferior 9,500 BTU units that was not even the brand I purchased and obviously much cheeper. To make it worse, I had walmart ship the units to a freight forwarder who shipped them out of the country to me. I am highly upset and disappointed.
