I have been using it for a few days and have noticed I am going more regularly. i would go days now i am going everyday.

I've had some recent upset with my digestive health and along with a modified diet and these probiotics, the diverticulitis flare up has been subsiding much quicker now that I started to take these probiotics. They are working and doing what I needed them to do - along with modifying my diet to also help heal - and this time around with the probiotics I am back on track much more quickly. I'm a firm believer in Probiotics and use them regularly. So does my husband. These are a good price and also a good product. They have quite a few different stains of probiotics and they seem to work very well.

Suggest taking it after meal and keeping it in the fridge. Supports healthy digestive function and immunities if you taking it regulary.

I bought this as a back-up while finishing another product so I wouldn't be without. I just started using it and it is actually better than the other product I was using. This one's a capsule and the other was a tablet, not sure if this is what is making the difference. But it works!
