Best ones.
Pale colors don't distract from writing, not uncontrollably sticky. I've used a pop-up holder for many years. These are the best to help me stay organized.

Not very sticky
Great value for a pop-up style dispenser, but they're barely sticky! OK for the kids or artistic purposes, but not for use on important documents.
