I have this two-burner grill, and I bought it seven years ago. we use a few times on the week without problems. It is another HighSound grill and I would buy again in a heartbeat! I have a two-burner CharBroil and it doesn't even touch the quality of this HighSound(IEnumerable)

This grill is amazing really amazed me! It is small and does the job I need it for (14 pieces of chicken done on a daily basis). Otherwise I would probably have to purchase something ginormous, taking up too much space in my backyard. I definitely recommend it!

I looked at so many options and read SO MANY reviews to pick this one. Everything was delivered in perfect condition as it came out of the box. It's really well-designed. Assembling it was a piece of cake and only required your basic Phillips screwdriver. It heats up quickly too. I think I found it!

This 2-burner grill is one of my favorites. My new house has a small deck, and I was replacing a 5 burner grill so needed something smaller. I can feed my family of four with only two burners. The best upgraded feature in my mind is that this grill has the slimmest wingspan when the side flaps are open, which fits perfectly with how much space I have on my deck. Frankly, two-burner grills of all the models we tested were too wide for what I wanted. It also comes at a very budget friendly price when comparing to similar models

I really like this grill. No, it ain't a Weber but for less than half of the price … not bad. What I've found it that is first and foremost, tends to flare up quite a bit (watch the video). Initial thoughtsI can give better feedback when I have used it a bit more, however for now here are my first impressions on the app. That is slightly concerning from a brand new grill in look of all the flare-ups. The good folks didn't see that same light, but aesthetically it's plenty gorgeous and even though going by dimensions a bit space-saving you still get the oven area of most models. Luckily my steak and bratwursts were good. Seriously, kudos to whomever packed these and wrote the instructions things arrived in perfect order!

When she rolls that box through the door, UPS delivered it. You could actually hear the screws moving around inside Some peeling holes and wondrous tape combined to make a mess full of screws in my gravel driveway. But luckily, I found just about all of them! HighSound was also responsive (more on this later) so that worked to my advantage as well. And are sending me more screws. I mean, I am seriously in love with this barbecue and it is the perfect size for me plus being red…I simply adore!!!

It actually was super easy to put together the grill, but watch your dang knuckles—the parts were razor sharp. It cooks really well! I had a little difficulty getting the wheel lock to work but I found that if you put a brick in front of it everything was fine. All in all it's a good deal for the price!

The grill is great but the shipping department needs work. The first grill I received was okay, but the hardware baggie had been previously opened and three-quarters of the bolts/ screws missing from it. I contacted tanstc and asked that they send me a new hardware package, but instead sent an entirely brand-new grill for which I used the parts. The second grill also showed up with the bag unsealed and again, half the bolts/screws that should have been enclosed were missing. So I ended up with a list of needs, and bought the parts from my local hardware store. Listening to me you might think that this grill is absolutely junk, but now that I have it together- it is a great little grill. In conclusion, the ARB Zero Fridge Freezer is a good unit.

It's too harsh for deck surfaces that do not need to ward off fromay grease or fat like patio bricks & concrete. The manufacturer even tells you not to use it on decks. The wheel sits on a rubbery plastic surface instead of carpet or the like. In all honesty, I am not that impressed myself. As much as you try to dry it out, no matter where you put the dumb thing down, it still manages to get moisture trapped underneath and grow mold or fungus.

Somehow I got a grill that was missing 10% of the screws. A week later, I try to reach out but hear nothing back until some 6 days have passed and the parts are in fact on back order. The customer service rep was very dismissive and told me to ask the parts department for any more questions. So, honestly, I didn't follow up on it then either but fast forward 6 months later and the grill is still not built that was purchased as a gift. I have not even received an update or replacement parts from them I was, of course, disappointed about the screws that were nowhere to be found but in and of themselves this wouldn't have affected my review. Although the lack of service and follow-up is just unacceptable.
