it does everything it say just they wired the the leg area and back area massage wires in the wrong spot so the remote if you want legs I have to push the back button on the remote and if i want back i have to push the leg button. For me not a big deal as I enjoy the full body massage (vibration type) but the heated seat is amazing. The seat area is really surprisingly well made with the spring coil that you put in and zip up to hold in place. It is a great chair for 5'8" and shorter as I am 5'6" and it fits me great. Down side are the arm attachments but overall well worth it.

The seat comes up every time my mother gets out of the chair and the wires that connect the heat/message are too short and come undone all the time, but the color was perfect, and the material is really nice

I’m very happy with this chair. It looks good and is comfortable. It fits great in the space I put it.

My mom is 95 years old and 5”9 . In the reviews I saw nothing that said that this chair is made for a smaller person. We’ve had too add several pillows to help her stand up. Also the chair is a lighter brown and it looks like a spotted leopard. I also thought that it was a electric recliner but apparently I read it wrong. Overall if she was maybe 5”3 this could’ve worked for her. As it is she can’t receive all the benefits of the chairs abilities because she can’t lift herself up so she has to use pillows which stops her from heat on her bottom as well as the massage features which is why I purchased it for her.
