Highwood Weatherly Rocking Chair - Outdoor, Eco-friendly, Synthetic Wood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chairs are beautiful color and style and are easy to put together. I am 69 years old and was able to put them together easily on my own. We just painted our house and had the garage doors painted a dark brown and the color goes beautifully with the house and trim.

This chair will replace a Nantucket rocker that literally rotted and fell apart after 5 years. I've researched this Highwood Weatherly Poly Lumber Rocking Chair and am hoping that I can get a bit longer use from it. It'll be in the same spot on my front courtyard, exposed to South Florida's beautiful, yet harsh tropical climate. It looks and feels more stable; and good looking to boot. I look forward to enjoying it for a while. Planning to purchase the Highwood rectangular outdoor dinning table for back patio, but waiting for a sale.

Absolutely love this chair! The quality is great and it is really comfortable. I wasn't sure it would fit in the area I wanted to put it, but it's perfect!

Super well packed!!! I bought 2 rockers in gray for my stone patio in Maine. I assembled them myself, be sure to NOT tighten any bolts until all assembled-makes a big difference. The second rocker went together much easier- I love that it's a USA product!!!

We received our Weatherly rockers a day early and could not wait to assemble them! Assembly was quick and easy and the rockers will look great on our new patio. We can't wait to have our morning coffee in them. We are pleased to support an American company and were so happy that Highwood also provides jobs for CTC clients!

We received our chairs in June. They are perfect for all body shapes and sizes. I am shorter and I have no trouble reaching the floor, great seat size. Others in my house are 6 foot and they fit in them comfortably as well. They are easy to get out of. They are so sturdy, have a rich look and dry quickly after a rain. It was definitely a great purchase for our family.

Just love it. Bought this rocker and a matching armchair for the patio of a beach rental unit. They will replace the current set which is resin wicker over metal, and which is showing rust through the mesh. These Highwood chairs are easy to assemble and will last well in the outdoor beach environment. Very comfortable and roomy. Elegant appearance. I couldn't be more pleased. And I just love to see the ""American Made"" label.

I love highwood products because they last and stand up to our hot humid weather in FL. I bought the weatherly rocking chairs (I already had the Hamilton reclining Adirondack chairs). The seat to the rocking chair is very comfortable and they are wider than a lot of other rockers I looked at. The back however is very upright, straight and forces you to rock forward a bit. Love the look of these, but they should adjust the angle of the back a bit, and add a little curve into it. The seat has a nice curve that makes the seat incredibly comfortable. The material that Highwood uses is top quality and really lasts. My Adirondack chairs are 5 years old and are just like new- hose off easily and hold their color. I'd like a rocking ottoman to add to the rockers! (Hint for a new product!)

I ordered two of these chairs based on other reviews. Unfortunately the only good thing I can say about them is that they are attractive and look like they will be low maintenance. One of the chairs arrived with a broken section. I'm waiting for a resolution. Even though I knew the dimensions prior to ordering, the actual feel of the chair is lacking for everyone in our family. Also, the rocking motion is not smooth. I searched a long time before buying these chairs. For the money I expected this to be a chair I would love to sit in and rock. Not so much.
