I am reterminating my ethernet cables so i can bring them from 100mbs to 1-2.5gbs. If you are considering this tool, just know that CAT5e is totally capable of running 10 GB/s, but terminal has to be perfect, because this is the weak point of the entire connection. The crimp tool itself is okay. It works in my situation. It gets a four star in my opinion. I had to be extremely careful with cable stripping as it is not very sharp, and I do not want to over cut. I ended up using my plier cutter for that. testing does not work out of the box because you need your own 9V battery. to be fair it is written in their description, but for a combo like this, you kinda expect everything to work out of the box.. their RJ45 is not good. Do not use them. Boots are fine. This is probably the only time I will use them.
