Hiland Fire Pit Hammered Bronze Finish

Very surprised at the quality! It did take a bit longer to assemble then we were told. My husband and neighbor put it together in about 2 1/2,hours. Tried it out last night and no issues! Great addition to our yard.

I am very happy with the firepit. Works fine and love the design. However I had to call the company twice because of missing parts. Walmart.com was very helpful in reaching out to Hiland and getting my parts shipped ASAP

We shopped around for gas fire table and decided on this one. We are so happy with our purchase. Looking forward to the cool fall nights here in the Dakotas with our fire and the warmth that it emits.

It is good but the assembly of the top and the burner did not fit good.

First of all--a good value for the money. Works well, looks nice and functions fine as both fire pit and table. Downside--i found it difficult to complete some of the steps by myself--needing a couple extra hands. Also, do not attempt putting that table top on the assembled base without your own, good socket wrench! Impossible with the little dinky wrench provided. The table arrive well-packed but there was a nice dent on one of the top panels. I contacted the company by phone and was told to submit an email claim with pictures, which i did. I immediately received back a confirmation, with the notice that someone would be back to me within 48 hours. That was over a week ago--no contact. So i gently banged out the dent as best i could, and it is not very noticeable. Still, it would have been nice if they followed through with their customer service.

The Fire Pit went together easily and looks great. The packaging, unfortunately, wasn't sufficient to hold things together during the trip. The box arrived with one corner caved in and lots of repair tape over it. Most pieces survived the damage intact .. a couple of slightly bent ears were easily bent back and none of it shows in the final result. The fire glass was also missing, but I intended to use a different color anyway. So .. I'd buy it again at the price ($240) but be aware the packaging wasn't designed for moving very much.

I assembled this yesterday. The burner assembly was not in the box. There is a dent on the top. The box was not properly packed and it looked like much of the contents were just thrown in the box. I will be calling today to try to get the burner. Right now it's useless.

I don't recommend. was hard to put together. It 2 people half a day to put together. ( and i pride myself on being good at putting items together). Starter didn't work most of the time. Scratches very easy. Coating very thin. Was not even a year later, when these happened. (even after having a cover on it) I recommend getting the extended warranty if you do buy. Good luck.
