Hiland Round Cast Aluminum Decorative Fire Pit, Bronze

Arrived early, was nice surprise. Box was badly damaged on one corner, but everything was ok. It's better quality than we expected, assembly took 2 of us 1.5 hrs. Its really a beautiful addition to our patio, plenty of glass marbles for fire ring, puts out nice flame. Great value for the money.

Well there is A lot I can say but first off for the money I spent this has been nothing but trouble....one thing after another and no help from the company. When I say no help I mean five emails and three voicemails and NO RETURN CALL. First the frame wouldn't line up properly so I had to get A welder to fabricate A new hole. I waited and waited to hear for the manufacturer to no avail so I had to move forward. Secondly, the air box is building up soot and discoloring the fire glass. I need to hirer someone else to look at it and possibly order an air flow valve to be added. I need to buy new fire glass because it is all discolored and burned. Please do not buy this item unless you would like more added to your TO DO list instead of relaxing by the fire.
