Good for her not for me
I got it for my mum she enjoyed it but after watching her make it i would rather just get her yarn and a yarn book instead of that since it's just one time experience…. But she really enjoyed it and said she learned something new

Nice quality, poor teacher
I'm always hesitant about “beginner” kits. This one was too complicated for me as it was more of a pattern than actual teachable directions. I also started learning to knit lately so I chose to keep the yarn and made something else instead. Maybe this would work for someone else, but I would not consider it a Level One / Complete Beginner kit.

instructions aren't great. S I went on youtube to find a video. There's one for the very first part and they said there would be a video for the rest. nothing, its been 8 months.....i had to find a video of a different kind of coaster. could have just bought yarn and a hook
