Hillman is a name brand in washers and makes a good solid washer with many uses. These 3/16" (inner diameter) washer are a strong thin steel washer with a zinc plating. They are approximately 1/32 of an inch thick which is approximately a millimeter thick. I do a lot of home handyman repairs and some amateur automotive repair work and these washers will come in handy.
