Hillsdale Campbell Wood Twin Loft Bunk Bed with Desk, Gray

took about 3 hours to put together. its absolutely perfect! exactly what i wanted! it is very heavy, and sturdy. i read reviews saying it was wobbly but thats not true at all if you take your time and put it together correctly. Couldnt have asked for a better price!

Very pleased with the quality of the bed. I bought 2 for my kids and it was very tedious to put together, but I'm hoping it will last for a long time. As with any loft bed, I would be cautious of the height but even at its height my girls still fit in our small standard home celings. the desk below is very nice to have and still leaves room for other items like a big bean bag.

For my 8 year old! Sturdy Had a 2 Knicks in one of the wood pieces but it didn't effect the overall performance of the bed. So far it's been great since we put it up day after Christmas.

I actually put it together by myself. 63yo woman. So that's good. However, I haven't figured out the best way to put the slats on because I'm 5'2" and they're at eye level. The one thing I realized after seeing the slats is that it will need support under a mattress because of the distance between them. But it's beautiful and sturdy!

We ordered two of these beds and both of the boxes came extremely damaged with the ends completely open and the parts falling out. One of the beds was fine, the other had quite a bit of damage. The desk corner was completely smashed and there was a big crack in the front. My husband had to reattach one of the parts to the underside of the desktop. The paint has quite a bit of irregularities and blemishes on it, but for $279 I wasn't really expecting perfection. They definitely could have been packaged better. They came together pretty easily and my girls really like them. They seem sturdy enough for young teen girls. Hopefully your delivery would be more careful than ours.

Delivered damaged. Walmart customer service told me they can schedule a pick up for return which i didn't know they can do... but it was too late, i already assembled it. Bed slates has too wide gap so only will work with spring mattress but in that case rail will be too short. We got an Ikea bed and support with a card board underneath

It's the worst furniture I have ever purchased. It was a defect and raised safety concerns to continue to use the Bed. I called 1-800-925-6278 to discuss the issue and one of the supervisors named Jose (no Last name) was really rude and he is not ready to help. He mentioned due to a technical issue he can't help me with any information not he is ready to give me the Ticket number to register my concern.

The box arrived very very heavy but intact. I did not notice any damage to the box. The first item I removed from the box is damaged (see photo). I am nervous to continue unpacking only to find more damaged items and then be told I have to repackage it all for a return, which looks impossible.

No booklet. no directions I am not sure if its an error or they all come like this. Or maybe I am over looking something? Could they be digital directions? I am not even sure if I have all the parts because there is no parts list or any sheet of paper at all

Side of Table Top (Q), arrived damaged and will not mount to bed frame Under Back Rail (P). Table mounting area broken out so the side will not reattach. Filed claim with Hilladale, they do not have parts and suggested I return to Walmart. Note, Table Top is last step after approx 2 hr assembly. This is unacceptable. I would have to disassemble and return it in pieces.
