Product failure
The back rail broke in 2022 and has now broken again. The first time it was under warranty still so they sent us a new rail. Now it is out of warranty so we are stuck with a broken bed.

missing pieces
day bed was great. but I'm missing all the screws and pieces for the trundle, as well as the instruction booklet. I'm very annoyed by this. And I hope someone from the company contact me soon with the missing screws and instructions. Please
