Hillsdale Furniture Staci Arched Wood Twin Daybed with Trundle, Classic White

Bought this bed for my daughter when her platform bed wasn't working out. So glad I chose this bed, it is beautiful! Easy asembly, not too heavy, love that we don't need a box spring with it. My daughter thinks it's comfortable and we love that it's solid all around so her stuffed animals don't fall to the floor. Worth every penny!!!

a rare instance where i am actually impressed with a furniture purchase...very nice finish...lots of slats so it seems real sturdy...assembly mush easier with two but went together without issue or missing parts...overall I'm very satisfied...let's see if it holds up (I think it will)

Was a little hesitant about buying this bed without actually being able to see it first hand. Went ahead and bought it based on the great price and wasn’t disappointed with it’s quality. Time will tell for sure, but for now I’m very pleased with the product. Easy to assemble, will definitely need 2 people for some parts.

I run a 24/7 daycare in which I have a few children that stay overnight. Two of the girls were just getting to big to sleep on a daycare "tot cot" and really needed to be sleeping in a bed for a good nights sleep before school in the morning. Because of the size of the room, bunk beds were looking like our only option for the room until we found this daybed with a trundle. This was the perfect solution! During the day the daycare kids use it as a couch to watch a movie, sit and play dolls on and at night we have two beds for each of the girls. The daycare kids ask when were getting another bed so they too can stay overnight!

The bed is really nice and sturdy. The trundle slides easily. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the top mattress states its a twin, but it appears to be a twin XL due to there being slight gaps between the mattress and sides. Overall, very happy with the bed.

reviews said antique white, but its true white. It seems to be sturdy, trundle pulls out easily. thinking maybe an XL mattress would have been a perfect fix. the regular has about 3-4 inches on each end. its ok for an office....and occasional overnight guest

I chose the "cherry" wood finish and added (2) 8" thick standard size twin memory foam mattresses, also through Cymax, that seem to be comparable to the Tempurpedic that we have in the master bedroom. The manufacturer of the daybed recommends the standard length twin mattress which is a must for the trundle but there is a fair amount of room at the top bunk which might be able to fit the XL twin as the mattresses that I ordered seems to run a little shorter than the typical dimensions listed. The bed, while lightweight in design, is easy to manage since it is actually wood and not high density compressed particle board. I thought that it might be too flimsy but once it is all together and in place, it seems to be more sturdy. I did screw all slats in place which may be overkill but so be it. Bottom line: It looks great and, as of yet, no one has slept in it. Why only 4 stars? - some assembly required. Its durability has yet to be determined but should not be an issue as it is being used as a guest bed.

Have not gotten to enjoy the bed yet. Upon opening the box found out it didn't come with hardware. Called and emailed the company that same day (Saturday). My daughter has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor; we got rid of her old bed thinking we were putting up her new one. Thursday, called the company again finally got ahold of someone, they forward the email I sent to parts and let me know they'll get ahold of me. She CC'ed me, so other than seeing that email I have not heard or gotten anything from them. It's been a full week. The bed is cute, just wish we could enjoy it!

Piece was damaged. Emailed cymax twice and they have not responded.
