I am obsessed with this product. I take it at night and then in the morning I always poop. And it is a normal poop--not a horrible violent experience like I get from laxatives ive tried. As someone who has seriously struggled with constipation I am THRILLED to finally have a product that works!!

I used the Hilma Gentle Bowel Movement Support for one month daily. I did not notice a difference during that time with my BMs. I have had issues going to the bathroom all of my life. I also did increase my fiber intake during the 30 days, so I was going once per day, which is good for me!

Let me start with saying I LOVE Hilma and trust their products. I haven't had the best experience with this product though. A serving calls for 2 capsules but I've only tested it with one. Both times I've had terrible stomach cramps that feel like extreme menstrual cramps. I took one before bed last night, woke up to terrible stomach cramps by 3:00 am and had to spend an hour in the bathroom. Just not ideal, I think I'll stick with a probiotic for regularity.
