I was so happy that the Indoor/Outdoor Support pills really do help. Everything is in full bloom right now and our whole family has noticed that taking these regularly actually does help with all the allergy symptoms. In the past, I have used other more natural products and did not feel like they helped much.

I am absolutely finishing the bottle and placing an order for another one because as will most things like this it does take time to reach its full potential. The pills are normal supplement size and easy to take. I highly recommend this product as an alternative to harsh over the counter medicines you can buy at the drug store. I love how it is drug free and made from natural ingredients.

After trying Hilma's indoor/outdoor allergy support I was able to completely stop taking any other allergy medication. I was taking Claritin and Sudafed DAILY for years and was interested in something that was histamine free which is why I tried Hilma. I absolutely love this product and haven't used any other allergy medication for the past 2.5 years since trying Hilma. If you're trying to break-up with histamines, I highly recommend trying this product!

As being someone who has severe seasonal allergies, and having countless medications not work for me. This here has been a total game changer for me. I've been using consistently for a month now and I've noticed a big change in my sinuses. A huge fan of the product however I am disappointed in the use of the plastic bottle. I feel now in today's world, where plastic has become a huge and uncontrollable problem, recycling just isn't cutting it. Not to mention, plasticizers leach out nasty chemicals which I don't want on my supplements. I am really hoping this company switches to glass or stainless steel bottles. It would be a total game changer.

So far, so good. I haven't had a migraine for a while since before taking Hilma Indoor/Outdoor support, but I haven't had once since taking 2 capsules daily. My allergies have felt better, with less itching and congestion, but we have had rain which tends to help my allergies too, so it's still early to tell if the capsules are really helping as much as it seems like they are. The capsules smell of spirulina and have a mild spirulina flavor, and are about the size of a large multivitamin. So far so good, so I am definitely going to keep using them and see if the improvement continues on through allergy season.
