Love this Boswellia! I have difficulty swallowing pills...so I took a chance on this one... so glad I found this one. Others I bought were too big for me to swallow so I wasted my money. This one is a nice size at a great price. I've only been taking a few days so can't comment on whether it's helping but I'm hopeful.

I really wanted to like this product, I took two capsules at the same time and a few hours later had stomach cramps and diarrhea. I waited a few days and tried again. This time I only took one capsule; I had the same reaction. I won't be taking any more of this product.
